## Requirements for submitting a Bicycle Insurance claim:

The requirements for filling a claim differ depending on your policy type.

All claims are submitted via app.laka.co, simply click the “+” button or “Add claim” button in the menu to get started.

- Details of the theft, incident, or accident
- A video statement from you (Note: This applies to bicycle insurance policies only)
- Photos clearly showing damages, lost items, injuries, and proof of any expenses already incurred
- If your belongings were stolen, a police reference number
- Submit your claim online within 28 days of the incident

## Requirements for submitting a NVEI claim (France only)

After submission at app.laka.co your claim will be handled by an external company, Aïkan, who will contact you directly.

If you have a claim regarding your compensation request, it must be addressed directly to Aïkan.

The requirements vary depending on the cover being claimed for, please consult your policy documents available at app.laka.co.
