You can create, edit or delete bikes on your commercial policy using our CSV Upload flow.

You must use the .CSV template available here:

Field Requirements:

Common Errors;

'Validation failed' - This is often in relation to the postcode validation - please double check all addresses. Are postcodes complete / in the correct format for the country? For example, have you accidentally listed BE (Belgium) against NL postcodes?

Accepted Accessory Types

Note: There can only be one accessory line item per policy, which can have multiple types. Alternatively, sum the accessories value into the value of the bike, and name the model something like, "Topstone + Bike Lock"
