# 24-Hour Abandonment Clause

If your bike is left unattended in a **public storage location** for more than 24 hours, even if secured with a Sold Secure Gold-rated lock to an immovable object through the frame, we may consider it abandoned and decline any related claim.

This clause does not apply in Communal or Private storage locations.
