You'll need to record a video statement to make a claim. It helps to be as clear and descriptive as possible, although it needn’t be a cinematic masterpiece!

You can use your phone, laptop or other device capable of recording video+audio to create a video statement and submit a claim.

- What **gear** you’re claiming for. Please list each part, make, model and include any upgrades or customisations you made.
- Describe what happened, when, where, and how (if known)
- If anyone else was involved or liable for the incident
- Where the bike or accessories are located now
