Submitting a Claim

Submit claims online within 28 days of your incident at https://app.laka.co/gb/claims.

The process is the same if you are submitting a theft, damage, liability or health & recovery claim.

Submit claims online within 28 days of your incident at https://app.laka.co/gb/claims. Click on the button bottom left.

Information required to submit a claim:

1. Details of your theft, incident, or accident
2. A video statement from yourself
3. Photos clearly showing damage, lost items, injuries and evidence of any costs already incurred
4. If your property has been stolen, a Crime Reference Number from the Police
5. If you are submitting a Health+Recovery claim, a doctors assessment may be required
