Any questions? Here are some frequently asked questions about this offer.

Depending on what you order, you might be getting quite a large stash of Laka credits. Laka credit is simply money in your Laka account that gets used towards your monthly bike insurance bills. Use your Laka account email address when you purchase and the credits will get added to your account. We'll automatically deduct it from any future bills for Bike Insurance. No need for you to do anything else!

As these items are super special, custom-made products, we're afraid neither refunds nor returns of orders will be accepted. Rapha will replace or repair garments with any manufacturing errors or quality issues. After 14 days you will no longer be eligible for a replacement.

Since all these items are custom made to order it will take around 8-10 weeks between Laka closing the pre-order and you receiving the goods.
